As the primary client contact overseeing projects from initial concept to final delivery, my role as a project manager is pivotal to the continuous growth and increased throughput of day-to-day branch operations. I work with teams across Canada, the United States, and abroad, instilling client confidence through clear and easy-to-understand communication, whether in person, on site, via phone, or email. My responsibilities include discussing project budgets, pricing and estimating, time management, stock management, as well as internal and external logistics management.One of my core responsibilities is to translate complex client vision into tangible projects for the team to execute, working closely with suppliers, service technicians, and contracted installation teams. As the main point of contact for the design, production, and distribution teams throughout the project life cycle, I ensure that each aspect of the project is expertly managed, and that deadlines are met without compromising on quality.Managing multiple orders, with over 50 unique projects a day, requires a high level of accuracy while staying within schedule. Overcoming machine downtime, anticipating where questions or roadblocks may arise before they happen, and navigating around supply chain issues are all challenges that I confidently handle. I am always tasked with finding and creating alternate solutions to keep orders moving through production, ensuring partner and client satisfaction, and being ready for the next project at all times. My willingness to step in and assist the team where and when needed ensures that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

My expertise in design, layout, pre-press, and review/proofing for a variety of print and fabrication methods including digital print, offset print, large format print, die-less CNC custom cutting, laser etching, die fabrication, and custom fabrication has been honed through years of experience. I am adept at file preparation for both common and variable prints, and well-versed in setting up mail merges as well as non-addressed Canada Post neighbourhood mail campaigns.Collaborating with numerous and varied client design teams to meet tight deadlines, and preparing projects for various industries such as fashion, healthcare, cosmetics, food, live entertainment, film, television, music, sports, government, advertising, travel, and construction is my forte. I am adept at navigating the unique challenges posed by juggling numerous live projects from multiple clients with varying design backgrounds and skills.I have been cross-trained to take over the main digital press operation, troubleshoot tasks, and assist in finishing as required to ensure timely project completion. Completed various projects requiring custom graphics design, web development, and print layout. Fully produced a complete album as well as numerous singles which entailed tracking, mixing, and mastering. Narrated and professionally recorded an audiobook with pristine quality.

Design, build, and troubleshoot PC’s and MAC’s for clients with full hardware and software support. Systems are cleaned, inspected, and serviced as required. Duties include virus removal, upgrades, training, and networking support.

Rollout, termination, and management of data and voice cable infrastructures from both new and existing server rooms. Install environments range from Ontario Power Plants (i.e.: OPG's Nanticoke Thermal Generating Station), to Walk-in Clinics (i.e.: The Doctor's Office at Dunbloor Professional Centre).

Completed a full annual inventory check and was also placed in control of the main file room. Through this, was solely responsible for the overhaul and re-organization of a redundant and back-logged file system.

Conducted site surveys, component selection, system design, installation, and client training. The goal was to leave each customer satis!ed with a scalable and fully featured system with remote internet monitoring. Working environments included private homes, grocery stores, and restaurants.
