Ben Wallace began his hospitality career in 2007 with InterMountain Management LLC as a Project Manager, overseeing new-build construction projects. In 2009, he joined the asset management team where he worked closely with operations to ensure property assets were maintained to the highest standards. Ben also has experience with Emergency Capital and Planned Capital. In 2010, he started a subsidiary company, Intermountain Renovations Consultants (IRC) to offer third-party renovation services to hotel owners nation wide. Under Ben’s leadership, IRC and PHR Construction completed over 200 capital projects ranging from $150k to $6M per project.
