Shark Performance is company specialising primarily in aftermarket performance software and hardware for Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda and Volvo cars.I have created and developed the brand from scratch and focus on bringing this brand to the public via website advertisements, press advertisements and internet forum activity.The business strives to deliver only the best product and service in the market, with accurate claims and the development to back them up.My role at Shark Performance encompasses the general day-to-day running of the business and top-level decision making, to greeting customers, operating the rolling road and tuning vehicles. I also manage the worldwide dealer network.We currently have six people working for us in different capacities and the business continues to go from strength to strength, with dealers across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

My role at Amicus was diverse and generally challenging. I worked for a number of different customers providing consultancy and engineering services. The scope of the work is very wide and can be from literally replacing a hard disk to planning and installing entire solutions.Some of my customers included government departments such as NHS, DEFRA and private clients included Volvo Cars UK.This role required strong skills in Windows Server 2003-2008 including clustering and redundant networking, and SAN skills on IBM DS series and HP EVA.Dealing with customers to director level on a daily basis was an important part of the role as well as being able to converse with internal departments at various levels.
