Sole responsibility for all IT functions for the fast growing Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy business. This includes consulting and purchasing, all deployment and configuration, forecasting future needs based on projected growth and the management of all day to day support functions. Managed 3rd party company (PossibleNow) which was responsible for all day to day support for the remote physical therapy locations. Also responsible for the day to day and game-day support of the Atlanta Falcons Ticketing and Retail Operations at the Georgia Dome as well as the AMB Group Family Office and The Arthur M Blank Family Foundation.

Primary function in this role was the migration of over 1200 staff email accounts, as well as all mobile devices (Blackberry, IPhone, Android, and windows Mobile) from the current Exchange server environment to a hosted cloud environment. This migration process also consisted of desktop troubleshooting, Windows 7 configuration and updating, configuring accounts on the BES and in Active Directory, and extensive customer contact requiring excellent communication skills.

Managed all internal desktop support for Disney’s Global Merchandising group. Responsible for initial hardware/software consultation, design specifications, ordering, and setup. Setup and configured all mobile devices. Primary for all video teleconferencing and content sharing across both domestic and international offices. Responsible for Business Objects reporting for inventory control as it pertained to merchandise within the various theme parks. Spearheaded an inventory control and asset management system that resulted in a $72,000 a month savings on unnecessary leased equipment.

Progressive startup business specializing in Premium on line digital advertising. Opened in June of 2008System Admin duties - Project managed and successfully met all deadlines and budgets for the voice, data, and cable setup for both the Atlanta and NY offices. Responsible for the oversight of the transition from Mac Mail to a hosted Exchange environment. Setup and maintained all Mac workstations, printers, and routers. Also setup and configured all Blackberries and IPhones for both offices. Responsible for learning our ad server system and generating ad tags in order to traffic into our publishers system. Client Relations duties - Development of the client on boarding documentation and all related training materials. Oversaw all final contract negotiations for ad operation directives. Configured the client profile in the Burst/Ad Conductor ad serving system. Once complete, oversaw the training of the client for their user interface (Publisher Account Center). This was a thorough walkthrough of the reporting, analytical, account reconciliation, and final distribution of payment functionality to the client.

Set up, configured, and troubleshoot PCs. Installed and maintained all software/hardware.
