Developed and establish nbn's national commercial programs for:- Network Extension product - CoDevelopment

Managed the program of activities of the NSW NBN Taskforce:- Led negotiations for interim facilities access agreements between NBN Co and NSW Power Utilities (Country Energy and Integral Energy) for the NBN First Release Sites.- Established broadband applications testbed for trialing broadband applications in education and entertainment.- Led engagement with NBN Co from its inception.

Established the NSW National Broadband Network Taskforce and NSW ICT Industry Taskforce.

Developed a new telecommunications strategy for the NSW Government. Established whole of government data services panel contracts under the Government Telecommunications Agreements.

Managed tender process for the establishment of government wide panel contracts for telecommunications covering fixed line, mobile and broadband services.

Developed the procurement strategy and tender requirements to establish panel contracts for telecommunications services and equipment for use by all NSW Government agencies.

Worked on the tender process for establishing a whole of government shared network across NSW. Managed the transition-in program to migrate over 70 government agencies onto the new network and arrangements.
