Finding the latest tech products that the consumer is going to love is a genuine passion of mine and I strive to find the best deal around so I can pass this onto Cleverboxes very large customer base over a multitude of marketplaces. I find products to sell, arrange the best way to sell them, whether that is drop shipping straight from a supplier, or, bringing the kit into my warehouse and shipping on our own term. Once all the admin work is done, I then ensure that the marketing of each product is amazing, by working very close with our in-house marketing team to ensure each product gets the exposure it deserves. I worked at Square for over two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The people I worked with directly were brilliant to work with and head office were equally as good to work with. During my time at Square I was a sales consultant, helping all ages with any issue they had with any of their Apple devices and also guiding people in the right direction to find which Apple product was the best to suit their needs. Provided various different demo's for all types of Apple products and gave demo's on Wacoms 22" Cintiq product using Photoshop as the tool. Additionally, I provided 1 to 1 tuition on Apple products to certain customers who required said training. I also dealt with any customer issues that arose, face to face and over the phone, improving my customer service ability every day with a new problem to figure out each day. Patience was a virtue whilst dealing with faulty iPhone cables.
