I'll be working in the National Field Ministry Office for InterVarsity and helping move ministry forward for 1200+ STAFF MINISTERS ACROSS THE NATION. The "field" is any staff that is doing ministry on the ground and with people, including undergrad/graduate students, faculty, focused ministries, alumni, volunteers, and much much more. I will be working directly with the National Executive Director for Field Ministries and their team. I’ll also be under the leadership of the Chief Campus Ministry Officer of InterVarsity. Alongside the Associate Chief of Staff role, I will also function as the Associate Executive Director overseeing both national departments and projects that are both important and urgent to our ministry mission in this season. In this role I will continue to support raise my budget which covers our ministry budget, operations, benefits, and compensation. - Help set missional vision, strategy, & direction for the 60+ paid staff, thousands of students, and hundreds of volunteers that work across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana- Oversight of $5.5+ million in development, building financial models, analyzing and preparing financial statements, and reconciling income and expenses- Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation & Chief of Staff for the InterVarsity Red River Regional Staff Teams. - Serves as the Associate Regional Director of Red River- Assist in leading the Regional Executive Team compiled of all Directors and Coordinators in TX, OK, AR, & LA.- Recruit, hire, & place Ministry Directors & Regional Leadership Team members- Help lead ministry initiatives & growth in focused student groups (Leading a regional focus on South Asian Ministries, Asian American Ministries, Latino Student Ministries, Native Ministries, Black Campus Ministries)- Provide spiritual formation, pastoral care, & ministry training for all staff- Lead growth in multi-ethnicity competencies across the region- Lead regional student initiatives to reach all 250+ campuses in the region- Develop new key systems & processes for Regional momentum
