I worked in a urology office in which I was responsible for over the phone interaction with patients and various tasks around the office. This included scheduling and changing appointments for new and existing patients, answering any questions patients had while on the phone, managing an appointment waitlist, directing patients' messages to doctors, addressing and mailing letters, faxing important documents to other offices, and leaving clinically detailed voicemails.

Plug.of.ma was an Instagram account dedicated to selling shoes, clothes, and other desirable goods on the secondhand streetwear market. I created the account with a close friend after attending a local sneaker convention. I alone have brought in over $50,000 in revenue since the conception. Over the past five years we amassed a following of over 5,800 people from all around the US and some foreign countries. We have subsequently gained over 300 loyal customers over our journey. During the peak of the streetwear market during 2020 the account was generating over $7,500 per month in revenue on average. This experience has provided me with an enhanced understanding of negotiation, our supply-and-demand-driven economy, and how shipping services operate amongst many other things. Having since sold the account, I can now reflect on everything I have learned through my online and in person transactions with countless people of all walks of life.

This job provided me with an insightinto the restaurant industry and a fast-paced work environment.

I worked with WYBS during the 2019 and 2021 state-wide Cal Ripken tournaments. I collaborated with a small group to maintain the two fields and operate the scoreboards. I raked and lined fields, added sand in needed places, covered the fields in tarps when needed, and used a leaf blower.
