With over 16 years of experience in soccer event and tournament management, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create memorable and successful experiences for soccer clubs and organizations across the country. As the Chief Development Officer at Kings Hammer SBD Events, I leverage my expertise in product launch, business development, and account management to expand the company's portfolio of events and partnerships, and to ensure the highest quality of service and satisfaction for our clients and participants. I am motivated by the company's mission to provide professional, organized, and enjoyable soccer events for all levels of play, and to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and diversity within our team and community.Prior to joining Kings Hammer SBD Events, I was the Chief Strategic Officer and Founder of SBD Event Management, a professional soccer event/tournament management company that I started in 2008. I oversaw the operations, marketing, and finance of the company, and managed over 25 events annually, ranging from travel and recreational youth tournaments to college showcase events. I also served as the Operations Director for the United Soccer Coaches Convention, the largest annual international soccer coaches convention, hosting over 15,000 attendees. In these roles, I developed and executed strategic plans, negotiated contracts, coordinated logistics, supervised staff, and established long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners. I am proud of the impact and value that I have delivered through my work, and I look forward to continuing to grow and innovate in the soccer event industry.
