We work within various sectors including Software, AI, Public Sector, Housing, Education, Nuclear Energy, and Banking. Responsible for providing resourcing services to clients within the aforementioned sectors, contributing to over £75,000 in billings within the first year, giving my very best towards the company’s success.Beyond this, my other responsibilities saw the assisting of new businesses development through strategic initiatives involving client introductions, associate partnership onboardings, and consulting with potential clients concerning our services. This initiative saw the introduction of numerous Associate Partners, some of whom contributing to new business introductions. Key Points:Presented consistent dedication to providing my assistance to the company’s growth, particularly with my contribution to numerous resource billings and margin gains throughout my tenure. Contributed to the development of new business, particularly through client meeting initiatives, consistent Associate Partnership introductions, and relevant company introduction sessions. Contributing to the advancement of artificial intelligence by supporting the development of AI systems' understanding and interaction capabilities. This involves working with data to improve AI responses to user inquiries, focusing on accuracy and natural communication.Key points:Experience in providing extensive support for natural language processing, data curation, and annotation for various applications. This includes training data to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI models to ensure they can effectively understand and respond to user inputs.Participating in thorough evaluations of AI performance, and assisting in the general identification of areas for improvement, with the goal of enhancing user satisfaction.Contributing to the design of user-centric training to empower AI, and to deliver engaging interactions.

Operated as a Private Tutor dedicated to aiding multiple students in preparing themselves for Grammar School Entrance examinations. I focused on personalised strategies that boosted student confidence and academic skills, ensuring they were well-equipped to excel in competitive assessments, to which tangible results were produced for each student.Key Points:Continually presented exceptional time management by structuring tutoring sessions in a manner that maximised student engagement within restricted timeframes. This produced tangible results with an increase in student performance by at least 30%. Successfully alternated and tailored the specific needs of students in order to enhance academic performance. Once again, proved adaptable to providing the various needs each student would require in order to succeed in their studies. Consistently listened to and fulfilled the requests of clients alongside attempting to understand the roadblocks students faced in their academic progress in order to formulate effective solutions. In doing so, I strengthened my ability to build a stronger relationship with customers in order to create a more welcoming and open environment.

I had the privilege of directly contributing to the establishment of the first ever Youth Education Programme at the Bournemouth Alevi Cultural Centre while serving as an Educator/Youth worker. The Bournemouth Alevi Cultural Centre is a local branch of the British Alevi Federation. My responsibilities included the assistance of youth with their schooling alongside fostering cultural awareness. This has further given me the opportunity to expand my community engagement experience and develop my interpersonal skills. During this period, I also flourished under pressure by comfortably managing the numerous requests of administrators, establishing the early phase of the programme, and actively maintaining a classroom of 16-20 students.Key Points:Expanded upon communication skills by elaborating and conveying various academic concepts to students alongside maintaining continuous dialogue with members and faculty of the cultural centre on various event planning topics or academic concerns. Such communication has also allowed me to engage with the communities around me in a fruitful manner. Further demonstrated the ability to successfully operate within a team working environment by cooperating with faculty and members of the Alevi cultural centre in order to coordinate educational operations.Demonstrated and expanded upon leadership capabilities by taking the initiative in educating youth on various topics and directing the classroom on the path it was expected to go along. This was accomplished alongside providing assistance with the spearheading of the programme's first ever launch.
