- Leading the development of Global Business Intelligence (BI) solution based on (Alteryx / Tableau) for HSE performance and reporting across all Novo Nordisk factories and sites. Back end data crunching and front end dashboard development.- Advanced and predictive analysis of trends and high risk areas in global HSE performance.- Setting up systematized learning process for global high risk HSE incidents in the Product Supply organisation.- Process owner for EHS incidents in PS

- Responsible for the global Maersk Oil incidents management system (including stakeholder management and system optimization).- Safety performance tracking, analysis and communication to the Mearsk Oil leadership team, the APMM Group and IOGP.- Development of BI solution incl. front-end dashboard tool that presents our global and local safety performance in a very easy, visual and user friendly way with the possibility to drill down and even get performance details on platform level. In 2015 this dashboard had more than 15.000 visits from 1900 unique users in Maersk Oil.- Responsible for managing the global Maersk Oil sustainability process and delivering environmental indicators to the APMM Group.- Responsible for our Learning From Incidents process with action tracking and follow up..- Ensuring that the performance strategy, systems and processes + any related standards are optimized, implemented and effective. - Development and tracking of key performance indicators. - Auditing of HSE data- TopSet certified investigatorMember of:- OGP Safety & Environmental data sub-committees- APMM HQ MWEC

Execution of various Health and Safety related innovation projects at the Corporate HSSEQ department of Maersk Oil. This includes:- Development of a new standardised HSSE procedure between all BU's at HQ - Esplanaden 50. The project included research and analysis, involvement and dialog with stakeholders, gathering and management of inputs, translation into a script and execution of movie with the coordination of a film crew and more than 50 people including Group CEO Nils Smedegaard Andersen. - Leading the development and implementation of an e-learning module on incident investigation. - Leading the development and implementation of a global Synergi training program.- Handling of site safety at HQ etc...
