As well as being able to properly restrain mice using the three-finger method though gripping of the skin folds along scruff using the middle finger and thumb and then substituting to the index finger. Ear notching and shaving of mice and rats was also a primary function during work, and demonstrated experience with cervical dislocation of rats for euthanization as well as experience with anesthetic inhalation.
