CurrentDelivery of all non surgical training courses within the company framework and updating courses regularly.Assessment/Evaluation and Certification of all training carried out and uploaded to the company x drive.Supporting the marketing department with various articles which get published in national journals and newspapers.Providing on call out of hours advice to surgical post operative patients.Supporting the clinical services department with writing internal investigation reports and reviewing learning outcomes. Also ensuring policies and protocols are written for each Non Surgical treatment and reviewed regularly.Providing on going support to therapists and ensuring regular workshops are scheduled in clinics throughout the country.I am experienced in the following treatments: - Dermal Fillers ,both basic and advanced techniques, Sclerotherapy ,Skin peels, Medical Microdermabration, Skincare products, Laser experience using a variety of lasers and IPL systems for laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne treatments, stretchmark treatments ,Dermaroller, pre and post op care, Patient consultation and assessment. I am also a Venepuncture assessor.
