Function as the Executive in charge of strategy for Kenmar. Provide oversight to the Program Directors as they carry out the agency operational plan, measure the results of the strategy, and report them to the Management Team. Function as the President’s adviser, identifying new areas for growth and improvement for both I.C.F. and H.C.S. programs in accordance with the overall corporate strategy. Meet with management team weekly and issue report to ensure information flow.Function as intermediary between company's top executives and Program Directors in the different geographic regions. Ensure strategies are communicated accurately and effectively to the Program Directors, and ensure they implement them. Hold Program Directors accountable to the executive strategic plan by setting clearly defined goals for each regional area.
