As an Executive Clinical Educator at Vapotherm, I leverage my 10+ years of experience as a registered respiratory therapist (RRT) and a marketing degree to provide high-quality medical education and sales support for the innovative respiratory therapy device company. I am passionate about improving patient outcomes and satisfaction by delivering evidence-based and engaging training programs and demonstrations to clinicians and customers across the New York City area.In addition to my educational role, I also temporarily served as an Interim Patient Enrollment Leader for Vapotherm Access, the company's patient-centered and value-based care initiative. In the Summer of 2022, I worked with a cross-functional team to enroll eligible patients into the program, coordinate their care transitions, and monitor their progress and feedback. I have also contributed to defining the requirements and best practices for the patient enrollment process, using my tech savvy and team management skills. Through this role, I have been able to expand my clinical and business expertise, as well as my impact on the healthcare industry.
