• Maintain and Troubleshoot issues related to desktop computers, scanners, printers, projectors, other peripheral devices.• Provide excellent onsite customer support and problem resolution on an on­ demand basis.• Apply appropriate DISA STIGS related to workstations, printers, etc.... as assigned.• Monitor SCOM desktop alerts to provide proactive maintenance to workstations.• Track assets each time a barcoded item has moved from one location to another.• Perform quarterly and annual asset inventory tracking.• Add, remove, and change assets and User access accounts within Active Directory.• Maintain the Secure Host Baseline image from DISA for all workstations in thebuilding.• Group policy updates/ creation.• Kofax application support and troubleshooting including scanner profiles andcustom panels.

• Operate and maintain telecommunications resources to monitor and protect DoD systems, networks, and databases from unauthorized activity• Manage and secure sensitive data and material according to Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA Triad) principles• Identify potential threats and manage resolution of security violations• Enforce and regulate security policies to include DoD & FAA standards• Assist in a base-wide migrations• Support the assembly, distribution, and installation of both input and output devices
