Electrical and PLC control specialist.

I have a contract with Carillion Enterprise within the Regional Prime Contract Central.I manage on their behalf, the maintenance of B55 Donnington. This includes maintaining records of all stock used, identifying trends of electrical and mechanical failures, sourcing compatible replacements for obsolete equipment and liaising with senior management.Preparing detailed service plans, inspecting and maintaining records for lifting and safety equipment.B55 has 40 Allen/Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) controllig the cranes and conveyors. They all interface with the Warehouse computer system. I have 30 years knowledge and experience working on these particular type of PLC's.I have been on this site since 1993 and I have built up a good working relationship with the management personnel of B55 and with key management personnel throughout the MOD organisation at Donnington.

Ten identical fully automated high bay warehouses. Each with 2, 18 metre high, automatic stacker cranes, transfer unit and conveyor system.My duties include giving electrical support on all equipment site wide. Training maintenance staff. Writing PLC software for conveyor and crane enhancements.

Self Employed.I was Site Engineer for Dexion Ltd. at two prestige sites. Halifax Building Society and KP Foods.My duties involved final commissioning, making PLC software changes, training maintenance staff, updating listings and technical documentation.

Dexion Electronics Ltd. PLC Control Specialists were the electrical control arm of Dexion Ltd.I commissioned PLC controlled systems for warehouses, assembly lines, process control and general plant.
