Nova Carriers charters in vessels on behalf of their principals for the shipment of unitised woodpulp to Asia and Europe

Marco Polo Group is an integrated shipping company, involved in operating/chartering out our own fleet of tugs/barges/offshore support vessels. It also operates a shipyard in Batam for repairs and shipbuilding.

Vroon Offshore Services Pte Ltd (Singapore) is under the Vroon Group BV (Netherlands). The Group is a privately-owned Dutch family business (currently 3rd generation), mainly in ship-owning and operating. The Singapore office manages a fleet of about 13 mainly Anchor Handling Supply Vessels (AHTS), operating mainly in Asia.

CSL Asia Shipping Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, manages the operation of two transshipment platforms, two handysize Self Unloading vessels (SULs), and 3 handymaxes. The transshipment platforms transfer coal from river barges into ocean-going cargo vessels off the coast of Kalimantan in Indonesia for P.T. Berau Coal. In 2009, CSL Asia expects to handle approximately 7.4 million tons of coal. The SULs transport approximately 1.5 million tons of sand per annum from Vietnam to Singapore. The handymaxes are operated under COAs and spot charters.

Operator of roll-on/roll-off vessels under the NYK brand. The Singapore office handled the marketing and operations for the intra-Asia roro services and transshipments to/from Europe, Middle East and Japan, as well as business development for break-bulk, project cargo on conventional and heavy-lift vssels.
