For more than 30 years, Laurent Bernard has worked in international organizations in human resources helping employees to maximize their full potential and companies to build their technical and cultural capabilities to be successful.After 21 years at Steelcase, Laurent retired in September 2019 and joined the Cultural Intelligence Center.As a business leader focusing on Human Capital, Laurent’s energy is about building and executing strong, human-centric strategies that support the company business vision.The future of work is about creativity and engaging employees is different than engaging workers to “do things”. Laurent believes that individual and team Responsible Autonomy are required. Culture will fuel the innovation, the Inclusion. Influencing corporate culture, coaching are his passion; caring about every employee’s well-being is his aspiration. An organization’s culture is the one thing a competitor cannot replicate. It is his personal and professional belief that we can inform and enhance an organization’s corporate culture, thus making it Laurent has a law degree and masters of human resources from the University of Paris, as well as an International MBA from the ESCP Europe Business School. In 2010, Laurent added an additional degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is going to be certified FLOW coaching.
