Taught education courses to teacher candidates seeking a four year degree in elementary-secondary setting. Courses taught: educational psychology, human development, instructional design, assessment, standards-based assessment and research.

Observed and evaluated new teacher candidates in the area school districts as they completed their four-year degree in the Integrated Teaching Program. Teacher candidates taught in the elementary- middle school and special education setting. Was responsible for collecting data for evidence-based outcomes to show candidates met over 45 state and university standards.
