Tonkin/Cyrk was a trademark promotion agency specializing in major international clients (Caterpillar, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volkswagen, DeWalt, Monsanto, Pepsi, McDonalds, Phillip Morris, Kraft Foods, Nascar). Responsible for the development of all proprietary non-apparel product as well as the creation and application of in-house decoration processes and techniques for both apparel and non-apparel products. Pioneered a comprehensive materials and garment-group digitizing program that established a high watermark for quality and resolution unmatched in the industry. Experienced growth from $6 million to $1 billion over the course of 11 years.

Introduced Curver (Dutch consumer plastics brand) to the US Housewares market. Exhibited at NHMA twice a year. Established & managed independent sales organizations in both housewares and juvenile care industries. Managed all aspects of importation to Seattle warehouse as well as establishing a direct-import "drop-ship" program for mid-size retailers enabling access to the entire product offering from Curver. Retail channels included Crate and Barrel, The Container Store, Norm Thompson, West Marine, and dozens of independent specialty retailers, as well as industrial accounts like ServiceMaster. Curver was purchased by Rubbermaid and consequently pulled out of the US market.
