In my current role as an IT Operations Center and Monitoring Analyst at Localiza & Co., my primary responsibilities involve monitoring and troubleshooting applications and incidents using tools such as Datadog, Zabbix, and Splunk. I focus on reducing key performance metrics such as Mean Time to Incident (MTTI), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA). My work revolves around ensuring system reliability by quickly identifying and addressing issues in various applications.One of my main tasks is to identify incidents and group the responsible teams or individuals who manage the respective applications or services. This helps in resolving issues efficiently and minimizing downtime.
