I am a committed venture capital and private equity professional with strong expertise in deal origination, execution and value creation acquired in over 10 years of experience. During my career I analyzed over 100 companies, conducted several due diligences and supervise the writing of many binding documents (SPA, SHA, etc.). I also took part in 4 successful fund raises working from the development of marketing material to the roadshow. In my most recent experience, I helped to create from scratch, together with the senior partners of G5 Partners Venture Capital, Spinet Bank, an operational holding of fintechs, where, in addition to my activities as business development and M&A manager, I act as the controller.
