• Assist with the international tax planning and organizational restructure and intangibles migration for different clients • Assist in the initial elaboration of tax memoranda and research for various client controversies • Elaboration of earnings and profits analysis and foreign tax credit calculations for different clients • Collaborate with senior management by providing planning deliverables to help clients build a cost effective international structure • Assist engagement teams by translating financial statements, tax returns, and legal information from Spanish to English (vice-versa) for Mexican and Latin American clients • Manage and coordinate junior staff and interns on client expectations and deliverables • Assist in the provision for income taxes and quarterly estimates for different clients • Preparation and elaboration of U.S. federal tax forms and statements (e.g. 1120, 1120-F, 5471,5472, 8865,8832, 8858, 1118, 1042)
