My love for translation started with translating and adapting articles for gaming blogs. After this first experience, I had the opportunity to be hired for the translation of some independent games, which boosted my career and paved the way for new opportunities. During my time as a translator I worked for large companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Amazon and Paramount, as well as smaller ones that specialized in indie games. I was hired to translate tech manuals, articles for gaming magazines and to build subtitles, working in multiple teams where I learned a lot while complementing my education.I am fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. My work focuses on adapting the text to the cultural and social specificities of the countries to which the translations are directed. I also work with formal business, legal, and scientific language.
