• Managing and directing Quality Control, for the proper response and resolution to serve the Company’s customers Ford Motor Company, General Motors Company, Chrysler and other framers inside U.S. and Canada.• Managing Quality Control Performance through Online Customer Portals (Covisint).• Responsible of Vitro’s Resident Engineers in Customer’s Assembly Plants (6 Residents).• Liaising with Clients' senior management and engineers within and outside the Company to meet clients' needs.• Supervising and directing the performance evaluations of the Company’s products (automotive glass) at the customers’ plants; making recommendations for changes in the Company’s products and to implement field problem resolution actions; and manage, direct and coordinate resources for product and services improvement initiatives and problem resolution.• Managing communication between Customer needs and our Plants in Mexico and vise versa.• Managing and directing the resolution of shipping, packaging and handling issues concerning the Company’s products.
