With over 23 years of experience in the energy sector, I am a BD and M&A Director at AES Brasil, a leading company in renewable energy generation. My core competencies include negotiation, development of greenfield projects and business strategy, which I apply to identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities for growth, innovation, and value creation in the Brazilian Energy market. I have successfully led and closed multiple deals, partnerships, and projects, involving renewable energy sources and distributed generation. Now, I'm also pursuing the development of Hydrogen and batteries projects and its polices and regulations for the country, along with Abeeólica, in which I was also a Board Member for two terms.Throughout my career in several multiculture corporations, I had the opportunity to learn and propose successful strategies and strongly pursue them with significant deliverables, achieving over 3.000 MW of renewable projects in operation.Previously, I had a solid experience in regulatory affairs, negotiating 2 cycles of Tariff Revision for distributions companies with ANEEL. I have an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, an Executive Extension in Leadership and Organizational Management at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, a Leadership Training Program at Center for Creative Leadership CCL - ESADE Spain and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
