- Performing daily morning start up checks (show/ride quality & safety) for all attractions in the theme park which includes ride vehicles as well as attractions outside of the theme park (Adventure Cove Waterpark/ Porte Cochere/ Lake of Dreams/ Crane Dance) - During the “standby” period at park operating hours, checks are done for all electrical rooms and maintenance bays, equipment repairing and troubleshooting, following up on quality issues as well as team discussions for works which are going to be done after park operating hours and on occasional times liaising with vendors. - During a downtime (when a ride is down during operation hours) coordinating and communicating between team members and supervisors to bring the ride back up as soon as possible. If a downtime or issue is not major, it will be rectified single handedly and after that explaining or briefing team members, supervisors and managers on what has happened and how it was recovered as well as the follow up thing to be done to ensure that the issue does not repeat itself. - Liaising with park operation team members/ managers on show/ride qualities as well as safety related matters- Liaising with Entertainment team members on audio and lighting quality, mainly for Waterworld and to resolve issues so that the show can be carry forth providing a great guest experience.- Liaising with Facilities & Maintenance team members regarding electrical matters. - Performing daily ride shut down after park operating hours for all AVLC items as well as rectifying quality issues. - Doing passdown report for the events happened for the day.

- Enhancing the level of customer satisfaction, assisting in music selection base on their needs. Keeping up to date with releases and music artists. - Dealing with returns, exchanges and complaints- Merchandising & display of products in the store.- Purchasing of new music (non pop genres)- Store maintenance. (Basic lamp replacement, cleaning and store tidiness)- Cash reconciliation as well as cashiering duties.- Staff allocation & scheduling.
