Revenue Operations Coordinator
Current• Retain the responsibilities of the Senior Project Coordinator• Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate customer, deal, and pipeline data.• Assist in generating performance reports for sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure accurate and actionable insights.• Support the documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key RevOps processes.• Provide day-to-day support for RevOps tools and platforms, acting as the primary owner of the Salesforce case queue, troubleshooting user issues, and assisting with onboarding new users.• Assist with RevOps projects, such as collecting data, scheduling meetings, and managing timelines to ensure smooth execution.
