About Bernice Eppes

My passion is to empower iindividuals, couples, families, and children as they reach their mental health goals. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space in which individuals can find solutions, learn, and grow. This process is personal, educational and developmental by nature.I am a National Certified Counselor with years of experience working with children, families, and individuals. I use various therapeutic approaches to assist multiple populations with managing symptoms related to Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Loss ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Self-injurious behaviors, and Substance Use Disorders. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- informed treatment for adolescents, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
