CurrentReview purchase requisitions for IT equipment, software/hardware maintenance supportReview requests for quotations for products and services. Review purchase requisition packages for adequacy, consistency, and compliance. Negotiate with vendors for best and final prices and delivery schedules. Process requisitions for Information Technology products and services submitted by divisions. Procure various IT goods and services. Reconcile and audit supplier invoices totaling nearly $500,000. Review and maintain standard of audit trails programs and steps, draft audit reports with findings and conclusions on the audits performed in accordance with agency procedures. Solicit goods and services utilizing Department of Information Technology (DoIT) Guidelines. Create, maintain, and modify purchase orders in accordance with procurement requests. Conduct cradle-to-grave contract activities. Manage and assist with statewide contracts, including indefinite quantity contracts and after award ones. Review contracts to ensure they are compliant, identify problem areas, and prepare reports supporting findings in accordance with the Code of Maryland Regulation Title 21 (COMAR). Prepare, issue, and review requests for proposals and requests for quotations for products and services. Prepare and assemble all bid proposals and contract packages. Work closely with the Contract Monitor Manager to ensure contractors are working in accordance with the contract. Review purchase requisition packages for adequacy, consistency, and compliance. Negotiate with vendors for best and final prices and delivery schedules. Conduct pre-bid/pre-proposal conferences. Review contracts to ensure they are compliant, identify problem areas, and prepare reports supporting findings in accordance with the Code of Maryland Regulation Title 21 (COMAR).
