Over the course of my career, I have had the good fortune of being able to develop a unique skill set and my practice, although Austin-centered, has grown to be national in scope. I have had significant and hands-on involvement in all aspects of bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings and out-of-court restructurings in numerous industries and commercial sectors, including by way of illustration, energy, oil and gas, public utilities, technology, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, real estate, retail, food services, manufacturing, government contracts and defense.
