In his consulting experience, he has worked with senior leaders of fortune 500 companies to lead their organizations through complex and challenging transformations. In his role as a consultant within IBM Bert led the Change Leadership Community of Practice to develop training materials for honing the change leadership competencies used throughout IBM Global Business Services consulting. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program recognized by the International Coaches Federation.
