I am currently a sophomore in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, and I am working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with a Major in Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. My strength in Individualization shines in my ability to strategically organize teams for optimal performance, demonstrated in my role as a truck unloader in a warehouse, where I would give orders in high pace environments, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity. My Analytical strength is further evidenced by my success in earning a 'Critical Thinking' and 'Skills Badge' in Microsoft Excel and excelling in my Information Management class, showcasing my adeptness at leveraging data to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes.My career ambitions stretch into the finance and leadership fields, where I plan to develop a robust foundation in financial strategies and analytical rigor. Additionally, I am captivated by a lot of different aspects of the market, so in the future I want to give myself multiple opportunities where I can influence the market in different ways. Ultimately, my goal is commercial real-estate.
