I am an attorney with a strong background in creditor's rights, particularly in the area of commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters. Licensed to practice in Tennessee (2005) and Florida (2009). Admitted in U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, US. District Court, Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.My law practice has consisted almost exclusively of representing secured creditors in consumer bankruptcy matters. In 2009, I became licensed in Florida, and now most of my practice focuses on representing creditors in Florida in both bankruptcy and state court litigation matters. My clients most likely appreciate my quick and efficient resolutions to complex problems. My clients also feel comfortable about calling me directly at any time to discuss any potential or pending case.I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Bankruptcy Section of the Memphis Bar Association. In addition, I recently spoke at the NBI Seminar Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy: Line-by-Line Workshop in Memphis, TN.
