Imagery Analyst/Instructor
• Served NGA as contractual functional lead for imagery and geospatial analysis instructors in direct support to TSG’s Analysis department within the NGC. -- Established plans and schedules to accomplish mission objectives in concert with customer and contract program manager expectations and requirements, in a timely and fair manner. -- Responsible for direct interface with a functional group of 17 contractors, providing downward communication, setting task priorities, highlighting the client’s interests, and passing any group concerns to the contract program manager and the client. -- Met client needs by maintaining tasking requirements and selecting the most qualified personnel to support the contract. • Certified Master Instructor of over 800 NGA and military analysts in the fine art of Imagery Analysis. -- Basic Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), basic imagery fundamentals and RemoteView remote-sensing software training are the specialty courses. -- Developed solely from scratch the RemoteView and the initial C4I Intermediate course materials, to include lesson plans and student guides and instructional aides. Key contributor to the re-development of TSG’s basic C4I block of instruction.• Primary troubleshooter for remote-sensing software problems.-- Key player in imagery acquisition process for the client, to include being a main point of contact for commercial imagery.• Held positions as a Geospatial-Intelligence Training Program Team Chief and Class Advisor, ensuring classes and all instructors have appropriate course material, that classroom computer systems are functioning properly, handles some classroom scheduling and other logistical issues.• Authored several key course development documents that include: -- Course imagery annotation procedures. -- Imagery acquisition checklists/guidelines. -- Lesson Plan formatting.
