Department Manager

In my periode as department manager I am reponsible for the technology develpoment and R&D roadmap of the department. I also manage the 24 fte's within the department. To carry the research programmes my department has a well equipped composite facility available for which i am also responsible. Within this facility we have a fibre placement machine, a pick and place robot, an RTM machine a heated press, an autoclave and a Selective Lasering Machine for metals.
