• Hire, Onboard, Lead and Develop the Market Service Administrators, located in The Netherlands, Belgium and France• Manage the welfare of the team members in a proactive manner to ensure the highest levels of employee engagement• Key counter part of service support manager. • Responsible for Technical Service Contracted Business and Maintenance Category in the Market (North West Europe)• Responsible for Financial Follow up of Contracted Business• Monthly reporting of profitability, plan vs. actual, forecasting• Monitor and analyse solutions financial performance, report root causes of deviations and support establishment of recovery plans, working together with the Business Development Manager and sales teams across the cluster• Support 3-year sales plan for service solutions in the Cluster• Support (and push) sales team in the deployment of service solutions• Support establishment of commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements of service solutions to be offered in the cluster, ensuring the alignment to global standards• Execute potential analysis, supporting the TKAMs to identify opportunities at account level for the different solutions to be offered• Prepare Legal Agreements with TKAM based on defined templates• Selling Service Solution Tools Super-user• SAP Business Objects Super-user

• Responsible for all Technical Service processes in Spare Parts and Service.• Lead and organize Team members in both Netherlands and Belgium.• Efficient shaping and communicating of the strategy and the attendant plans.• Active participation in the development of the Business Support organization on both local and Cluster level.• Striving for efficiency enhancement by working closely with the cluster.• Financial follow up of TS organization in corporation with Financial Controller.• Calculation, management, evaluation and analysis of all service contracts.• Support Technical Key Account Managers with evaluating and analysing business opportunities.

• Coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financials and performance reports to Cluster Management & Tetra Pak Benelux Management team.• Coordinate, compile and drive financial budgets & estimate for Tetra Pak Benelux.• Support during internal Audits (e.g. Business Control Audit, Compliance Audit).• Support during yearly external Audit by “Ernst&Young”.• Coordinate and instruct Assistant Controller.• Lead, direct and manage various projects which contribute to continuous improvements.• Active member of two AAA Customer “Key Account Teams”.

• Assignments at clients.• Support the Accounting department of Tetra Pak Benelux (accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, travel management and balance sheet clearing).

• Posting invoices, expense claims and bank statements for clients.• Compilation of financial statements for clients.• Responsible for clients income tax returns, VAT and corporate tax declarations.
