Eindhoven Area, Netherlands

As Implementation Manager and Project Manager a.i. managing international implementation projects for radiology departments. It concerns implementations of radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication systems) with HL7/Dicom integrations to other systems. Some of these projects have XDS implementations included. The project teams are located globally and interact in virtual teams and have different stakeholders within the hospitals as well as within Philips.

As a project manager I was managing international implementation projects within radiotherapy departments using Prince2. During the projects I needed to bring several interests together. The projects were executed by virtual project teams located in Europe. Good communication within these teams was vital. Some projects needed special developments. These developments were either done by the internal development department or outsourced to an external supplier.I also managed the treatment Management Team, responsible for the coordination of the projects of the international team (6 fte) and all management activities.

I managed three teams (HRM information management, personnel and wage administration and HRM facilities).. As (co-)commissioner I managed some major projects. It concerned the introduction of SAP HR at OCW and later the connection to the new the wage payment system (also SAP) of the Ministry of Finance. Another major project was the connection to a governmental Shared Service Centre HRM (P-direkt). This was in progress when I left the organization.I also managed the financial affairs of the HRM department including reporting to top management including audits of the Government Auditor's Office.In 2006 as ad interim project manager managing a team to develop a new financial process and system to utilize changes for major technical institutions in the Netherlands. These institutions had to change over from a lump sum based financial system to a demand-driven financial system.

Apeldoorn Area, Netherlands

At this national land surveying and registering company I managed two group, being responsible for the constant development of the HRM systems. The systems had to support the company’s processes and information needs and had to comply to the Dutch and Kadaster legislation.I was member of the management team of the HRM department and wrote the financial reports to the board of directors. A few manjor changes were implemented, SAP HR was introduced, shortly followed by a 36-hour working-week and the introduction of flexible terms of employment and a performance based payment system. All of these changes needed to be supported by the HRM systems and procedures

Utrecht Area, Netherlands

At the European BFI head office I was part of a team responsible for designing software modules for the operational (logistic) system. I designed and implemented different module after which I managed the software delivery with the supplier and arranged testing the deliveries. I was part od a team which implemented this logistic system in the UK and designed several software changes and was responsible for the progress in software development and testing the deliveries with the project team.

The Hague Area, Netherlands

At this competence centre I was responsible for implementing and supporting the financial and HRM modules of Ross Systems. I designed and programmed custom-made changes to these systems. I was involved in projects for several international clients. I completed the developments of an interface of the Ross Systems HRM module to an outsourced wage payment system. I developed and implemented an interface between a personnel system and financial system and implemented HRM key performance indicators (KPI's).

I designed and programmed several administrative and logistic systems for different clients including Wang Netherlands in Culemborg. Systems which I have designed, maintained or programmed were a rental and fixed assets administration, a social security system and a business warehouse system.
