Business Growth During my time at Volvobil the company has grown from 160 employees to over 500, The volume of vehicles we handle annually is around 30,000, of which 15.000 new vehicles and 15.000 comes in return, and is in fact the largest in volume of all Volvo dealers in the world. Due to the growth of business and organisation Volvobil build a completely new facility 2015-2017 that also should serve as a role model of modern sales and service facility where I was part of the planning of areas critical to the customer experience, product exhibition, workflows in support, workshop, deliveries among many important processes.
