Senior Manager Sales Strategy Retail, Manufacturing And Financial Services Industries
Current- Analyze the health of the business and identify growth levers, drive root cause analyses, design recovery strategies and implement corrective actions
- Support the top management team with analytical / KPIs reporting needs, including exec business reviews, forecasting / business planning, pipeline management and headcount management
- Build and drive transformation strategic projects to optimize the business (scoping, business case and implementation)
- Partner with internal stakeholders (finance, corp, top management of operating unit, recruiting, marketing, etc…) to provide the teams with the means they need and to ensure optimal allocation of resources for.
- Identify and implement best practices and innovative approaches to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness in deal execution
- Contribute to the definition of the go to market and of long range industry plans
