Project management in the field of facility management under contract to JSC CPC-K in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Main project facilities: 4 oil pumping stations of the Client in Atyrau, at Tengiz field, as well as 2 oil pumping stations closer to the border with Russia.Main tasks of my project: cleaning the territory of oil transferring countries, cleaning residential, administrative, and industrial premises, maintenance of life support systems of oil transferring countries, on-site canteen management, greenery planting, solid and liquid waste management, supply of catering, household chemicals and additional supply on the Customer's request.Major project assets under my management: 250 main personnel, 4 units of heavy industrial equipment, 10 units of buses and cars, 7 strategic contractors, and 6 offices.Tasks on the project: organization of the main work, organization of supply, organization of monthly material support, development and implementation of business processes to improve the main works, communication with the Customer's head office, local office, the Customer's field office, organization of logistics operations, organization and maintenance of document flow, project budget management, project file management, personnel management, human resources management, organization of contractors' work.
