I am an attorney and notary at Boshoff Incorporated in Pretoria Sandton and Cape Town. I previously practiced as an advocate at the Pretoria Society of Advocates. My practice has at it’s core property, with a special focus on retail, office and industrial property dispute resolution. I can assist in all types of property litigation involving large property portfolios, developments and lease and construction disputes. I regularly advise on the JBCC PBA and PROCSA suite of agreements and have represented employers/developers and principal agents at arbitrations. Where necessary, I also work closely with a network of advisers and other professionals to provide additional specialised services for clients, including acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. My practice includes commercial work, High and Magistrate’s Court litigation, Sectional Title and HOA’s. I have represented clients at the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, the various High Courts of South Africa, Lower Courts, Competition Tribunal and AFSA.
