My role as a Facilitator during the 2024 edition of the University of Exeter Grand Challenges was a wonderful learning experience. I worked as a facilitator on the Social Inequality Challenge in the Grand Challenges Programme. In this role, I had the chance to:•Work closely with academic staff and other facilitators in planning the week-long event•Facilitate and oversee group activities and guide undergraduate students in research initiatives, which led to the teams' production of high-quality, evidence-based outcomes and solutions•Collaborated effectively with academic staff and fellow facilitators to ensure the accurate execution of administrative tasks during the week of the event.
