My current role:1. Support budgeting and planning of landscaping activities.2. Search for detailed information on diagnostic tests on the web (product features and performance, platform requirements, operating conditions and commercial information).3. As needed, interview diagnostic manufacturers.4. Manage relationships with companies, FIND stakeholders and third parties involved in landscaping exercise.5. Maintain the confidentiality chain whenever necessary.6. Prepare, clean and migrate landscaping data from external sources (e.g. Excel) into FIND’s Technology Database (in Salesforce). This will require testing the Data and MetaData in the Development Environment and qualifying them before deployment in the Production Environment.7. Review and curate new technology submissions in FIND’s Technology Database by assessing and resolving the completeness and accuracy of the data submitted by IVD manufacturers.

In this training program I am gaining more experience in:- Normal distribution and what to do when data is not normally distributed- Normal distribution and Z-score to determine the probability of an outcome - Performing reliability analysis to check the reliability of individual elements in projects (and saving them from total failure)- Comparing results from one group of people with results from one or more other groups (t-test and ANOVA)- Calculating correlation coefficient and what it is used for- Using linear regression to predict the value of dependent variables- Proper use of null and alternative hypotheses to effectively separate scientific claims from statistical noisep

As the lead of the Microbiology section, I:1. Performed analysis of the section's reagent and test kits consumption and predicted how much materials would be needed for the next year in order for budgeting to be done.2. Wrote yearly research projects for the section.3. Ensured the section was well covered with sufficient staff and diagnostic equipment.4. Supported my reports in performing their assigned duties.
