▪ Responsible for handling the VIP files for the Business trips and fam trips of the product managers and sales teams from TUI staff. ▪ Follow up with the tour leader/tour guide in case the guest needs any special request on the spot.▪ Organizing the excursions with the traffic departments of the company “suppliers”.▪ Negotiate with the hotels to increase the allotment & decrease the release of the dynamic contracts.▪ Pushing the sales as much as possible on the commitment contracts.▪ Handling the handicapped requests and pushing to get a firm confirmation from the hotelier for a handicapped room before the arrival of the guest.▪ Negotiate with the sales to get a special offer for a specific period better than the contract rat, after a market study.▪ Reviewing the contracts with the revenue department.▪ Compare the prices of the hotel & companies on Bistro system.▪ Having a direct, smooth and friendly relationship with the hotels & suppliers.▪ Gettings offers from Hotels/Nile Cruses for individuals & group requests.▪ Advise the best alternative hotel for the guest in case the requested hotel is fully booked.▪ Review the flight seats of each market to increase the sales during specific periods.▪ Investigate with the hotels in case of any complaint.▪ Keeping the hotel’s content (conditions & information) are always updated on our system to avoid any complaints regarding any not updated information.

▪ Handling TUI files as the DMC Company for it in Egypt (TUI German, TUI UK, TUI POLAND, TUI NORDIC, TUI NETHERLAND & TUI Belgium).▪ Organizing tailor-made/classic program requests from A to Z and making the quotations.▪ Handling Transfers and all needed requirements for the clients. ▪ Investigate with the traffic department in case of any complaint during the transportation of the guest.▪ Issue the visa for the clients.▪ Maintain a Good and Smooth relationship with suppliers.▪ Create vouchers for the services and price it on the Sejour System (online system).▪ Responsible for integrate the XML files on the system & review the data.
