From February 2020, I managed client queries through the 'Correspondence' inbox, completing an array of tasks like rebalances, writing ROAs, updating client details in platforms, lodging dishonour payments, and liaising with accountants, mortgage brokers, solicitors and platforms to assist with client implementation.From March 2021, I was responsible for writing three review documents per week, preparing the compliance and forms for meetings, and then completing action items after. This included submitting the final review document, CRP, ROA, and File Note for compliance, administrative tasks, rebalancing portfolios to the client risk profit, DCA and savings plans, rollover forms, BDBN, insurance adjustments and regular communication with the clients and third parties.
