Hr Business Partner
Current• Deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects business objectives of the organization• Assists with development & implementation of HR policies/procedures• Provides HR guidance when appropriate and responds promptly to issues, seeing them through to resolution• Supports leaders with employee performance and behavior issues• Assists processing of injury management and worker’s compensation • Provides workforce strategies that support employee engagement and productivity• Acts as liaison between HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Operations and Rewards, Benefits)• Assists with approval process of automated personnel actions• Onboarding new employees and conducting new hire orientation
