Bozeman Film Celebration is at the forefront in building bridges of understanding between diverse points of view and is in the vanguard of restoring media literacy among our youth. The vision behind BZN is to highlight movies that make a positive impact on audiences-stories that showcase the best of the human spirit while inviting a call to action. We champion films that educate and enrich while they entertain: documentaries, indies, comedies, features and shorts that make our cut must be intelligent and thought-provoking, inspire curiosity and encourage community and global awareness. Above all, they should stimulate conversation-a lost art we're determined to help restore. In 1995 I established Aunahil, LLC (with former husband). We produced/wrote/directed over 100 custom designed theatrical productions, fundraising events, and educational conferences working with high profile business and international government leaders, educators, celebrity entertainers and thousands of American youths. Work included creative direction, design, budget creation and management, vendor contract negotiations, directing, project management, security and US Secret Service protocol. In 2001 Tad Jones stepped away from Aunahil and I continued as president. My current position with Bozeman Film Celebration is taking all of my professional time although I continue to direct "Bending Towards the Light a The Jazz Nativity" in venues around the US.
