About Beth B.

HRCI certified Professional of Human Resources with four years of HR experience. I'm a person of all trades who’s highly motivated by a desire to serve others. I can and will do anything necessary to get the job done.Since 2021 I've taken three short term contract roles. One lead up to the sale of a division of the company and the other was covering for a parental leave. I found adapting to new software and executing different processes exhilarating, but I'm ready to settle back down! Please don't approach me about contract roles. I'm currently in my third contract with Apple's Employee Data Administration team processing onboardings for the Americas. From 2008 to 2021, I worked at Wheatsville Co-op where the drive to be the friendliest store in town, the passion to transform society, the commitment to servant leadership, and the flexibility to allow people to put their best talents to use kept me challenged, inspired, learning and growing. From a part-time cashier, to Manager on Duty, to Board Administrator, to HR Generalist, I've enjoyed every step of my career.My passion for cooperatives led me to volunteer for them too. I've served one three year term on the Black Star Co-op Board of Directors, with two years as President. I've been volunteering with the Austin Cooperative Business Association on the Principle 5: Education, Training, and Information committee since 2017, and will be starting on the ACBA Board in January 2023.
